Shipping & Returns


We are a family owned and operated business located in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA!  We have been shipping beads & supplies to our happy customers for over 19 years!  We know you are excited to get your new beads and supplies and we want to get them to you as fast as possible.  We work very hard to make that happen!  We know happy customers come back to us over and over again.

1)  We ship out of Knoxville, Tennessee which is a major Shipping Hub that quickly accesses the rest of the United States.


2)  We process (assemble) most orders in 24 hours and we process orders every business day.  Once your order is processed it is ready for shipping. Large orders with many different items may take 48 hours to process.


3)  We ship orders every business day and shipping times average 2-7 days depending on shipping method.  Please keep in mind these are averages and there are always exceptions.  Holidays are much slower!  If there are bad weather conditions in your area please understand that will also slow down delivery times.


4)  Most of our orders ship through the Unites States Postal Service.  Please provide a valid mailing postal address including your apartment or suite #.  Make sure you provide your PO Box if the Mail Service does not deliver to your residence.


5)  E-Check and Personal Check orders are not processed until funds clear.  For processing and shipping times we do not consider a check payment as an order until the funds clear.  


6)  We currently have FREE USPS Shipping (averages 3-7 days) for all US orders over $60.00.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order and we want to keep our product prices as low as possible!!!


*  Any items returned for Store Credit receive 100% credit!!!  Just write "Store Credit" on your return when you send it back and we will issue you an easy to use Online Gift Certificate.


*  If you do not want a Store Credit there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.


*  We only accept returns within 30 days of the original order date.


*  There are no returns on closeout, clearance or overstock items.  These items are already heavily discounted.


*  There are no returns on Gift Certificates or Store Credits.


*  Do NOT request a signature for returns.  It will significantly delay your returns being processed.  We check our PO Box after normal Post Office hours and are not able to pick up returns that have a signature requirement.


*  Our prices are extremely competitive and in order to keep them that way, we do not cover shipping costs or insurance to return items.  When a company offers free return shipping they are still paying for shipping and that charge gets reflected in higher product prices to begin with.


*  We carefully pack all items when shipped and request the same when they are returned.  Any items that are damaged when returned will not be credited.


*  We only issue Store Credits or Refunds on unopened and unused items in new condition.
